- MidiManager is now available in the Windows start menu (Can be removed and added from the MidiManager settings)

- Added a button to force a update from the MidiManager interface

- Option to use MidiManager in windowed mode.

- Sliders responded way more instant to your actions. (You can change this by changing the "Debounce" setting in the advanced settings)

- Crash reports automatically get send to developer.

- If you start MidiManager when another instance of MidiManager is already running, you will be notified.

- OBS plugin crashes MidiManager sometimes.
