Bug Fixes:

- Mute Color feature does not work for NanoKontrol2

- MidiManager crashes if you load a profile when there a no devices connected.

- MidiManager crashes when you select a custom device that does not have any buttons.

- MidiManager crashes if you select a button on a device when there are no devices connected.

- If you force reinstall and you don't give admin rights, MidiManager will give a wrong warning.

- MidiManager crashes when a OBS feature on a slider is used while MidiManager is not connected with OBS.

- If you delete a profile you need to select the profile again in the DeleteProfileForm despite that it is already selected automatically.

- MidiManager crashes sometimes if you exit the application using Alt + F4.

- MidiManager crashes because it fails to load C:\Users\<user>\Documents\MidiManager\CustomDevices\Profiles\CustomDeviceLayout.txt

- Copy pasting a button from a first button to a second button will make it that pressing the first button changes the color of the second button and vice versa.

- MidiManager does not give "don't forget to save" warning after resetting inputs.
